Storks
Storks nest on a power pole.
Their nests can be seen everywhere, and usually in what seems like very precarious places.
The American version of the stork.
I understand one third of the world's storks spend their summers in Poland, but it does not follow that one third of the world's babies are born in Poland.
These guys are probably planning a new home on this chimney.
What happens when these guys build their nest on the chimney, and the family in the house tries to light a fire?
This nest is on a fire station in Slovakia.
This nest seems to be balanced on a pointed rooftop. I wonder if the wire support was installed to encourage nesting, or added later to shore up a nest that was in danger of falling.
