Sculpture by Vivia Prato?

Prato has been going to the dogs, and praters are working to develop it into a modern city. They are planning to do away with the some of the old things, and replace them with new. For example this sculpture, set in a downtown grassy square.  I didn't find a sign giving the artist's name, but someone I met said they thought it had been created by a Prater named Vivia.  There are, of course, other possible artists, for example:

Hugo Pratt

Claire Pratt

Stuart John Pratt

Mary Pratt

George Pratt

and of course, Vivian Pratt

But this got me to thinking.  As I walked around Prato, and met praters like Uncle Alf and Uncle Putro, neither of whom were married, it began to strike me that I never met any Prato women.  Not only that, but there didn't seem to be any young Praters around either.  I asked Uncle Alf about the absence of women in the Prato family, but he would never give me a direct answer.  Then I noticed a picture in the back of Uncle Alf's garage that helped clear up the mystery of the missing Prato women.
